These Terms & Conditions govern your use of GenXEmpire YouTube Analyzer Pro (yt-analyzer-pro.vercel.app), operated by GenXEmpire Media. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using GenXEmpire YouTube Analyzer Pro, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Use of Service
GenXEmpire YouTube Analyzer Pro is provided for lawful YouTube research and content intelligence purposes only.
You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose, not share your account credentials, respect your plan limits, not bypass restrictions, not violate platform rules, and not reverse engineer or scrape our platform.
Each account is for individual use only. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
Subscription & Payments
Our subscription plans are Standard at $15/month with 100 videos/day, Pro at $29/month with 300 videos/day, and Elite at $59/month with 600 videos/day.
Payments are processed manually via supported local payment methods. Your subscription is activated after manual verification by our team, typically within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and must be renewed manually. We do not auto-charge or store payment credentials.
Refund Policy
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
You may be eligible for a refund if the service was not activated within 48 hours of confirmed payment, a technical issue prevented access for more than 24 hours, or you were charged incorrectly.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind after activation, partial month usage, or violations of our Terms of Service.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Sharing account access, using automated bots, bypassing daily usage limits, reselling or redistributing our data, using data for spam or misleading content, violating applicable laws, or attempting to compromise our platform.
Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and features of GenXEmpire YouTube Analyzer Pro are the exclusive property of GenXEmpire Media.
Public platform data retrieved through our service is subject to the source platform rules and is provided for personal research purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without explicit written permission.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, show signs of account sharing or abuse, fail to renew payment, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, your access will be immediately revoked. You may contact us to appeal a termination decision.
Limitation of Liability
GenXEmpire Media provides this service 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for data accuracy, indirect or consequential damages, loss of revenue or business opportunities, service interruptions, downtime, or changes in external platform availability.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
The date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last updated.
