At GenXEmpire Media, we want every creator to feel confident when subscribing to our platform. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds are processed for GenXEmpire YouTube Analyzer Pro.

Our Refund Philosophy

We believe in fair and transparent refunds. Since our subscriptions are activated manually after payment verification, we take every refund request seriously and evaluate each case individually.

Our goal is to ensure you get value from our platform. If something went wrong on our end, we will make it right.

Eligible Refund Cases

You are eligible for a full refund if:

Your subscription was NOT activated within 48 hours of confirmed payment
A verified technical issue prevented you from accessing the platform for 24+ hours
You were charged an incorrect amount
Duplicate payment was made for the same plan
Service was completely unavailable during your entire subscription period

Eligible refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

Change of mind after subscription activation
Partial month usage (no pro-rated refunds)
Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
Requests made after 7 days of payment
Dissatisfaction with YouTube API data (data is sourced from YouTube's public API)
Forgetting to cancel before renewal
