1. Commission Structure. Affiliate shall receive commission solely on the first-time purchase made by each referred customer. Subsequent renewals or repeat purchases do not qualify for commission.
2. Payment Terms. A minimum threshold of $20.00 USD must be accumulated in affiliate earnings prior to submitting a withdrawal request. Payments shall be processed within 24 to 48 business hours following approval by GenXEmpire administration.
3. Withdrawal Process. Affiliates must provide accurate bank account or payment details when submitting a withdrawal request. GenXEmpire shall not be liable for failed transfers resulting from incorrect information provided by the Affiliate.
4. Promotional Conduct. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in spam, misleading claims, fabricated screenshots, false testimonials, or any form of deceptive promotion. Violations will result in immediate account termination.
5. Accurate Representation. Affiliates must honestly and accurately represent GenXEmpire Pro features, pricing, and capabilities. Misrepresentation of the product is grounds for termination without compensation.
6. Refund Policy Impact. Commissions earned on purchases that are subsequently refunded, disputed, or charged back shall be forfeited and deducted from the Affiliate's pending balance.
7. Account Termination. GenXEmpire reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Affiliate account found in violation of these terms, without prior notice and without obligation to pay pending commissions.
8. Rate Modifications. GenXEmpire reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time, with a minimum notice period of 30 days communicated via email to the registered Affiliate address.
9. Compliance Obligations. Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring their promotional activities comply with all applicable local, national, and platform-specific advertising regulations and guidelines.
10. Agreement Acceptance. By submitting this application, the Affiliate acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
